Bourbon Street Ghost Buster
Bourbon Street Ghost Buster started as an old fashioned cocktail. Literally. Sitting on the porch one evening sipping on an old fashioned, we started pondering a way to use cherries in a sauce. Taking another sip of our orange and cherry infused bourbon, we hit upon the idea of turning our drink into a sauce. We took the base of bourbon, cherry and orange and boosted the flavor with a little vanilla bean before fnishing with a fiery blend of fermented habanero and ghost peppers. Cheers!
